Country town, working floors
Sallisaw is the county seat of Sequoyah County, sitting where I-40 meets US-59 in eastern Oklahoma. Outside the town center, a lot of properties have acreage, and with acreage come metal shop buildings, pole barns and detached garages. Those slabs hold tractors, side-by-sides, trailers, welders and feed. They take more abuse than a typical suburban garage.
In town, the neighborhoods off Cherokee Avenue and around downtown have older homes with carports and one- or two-car garages.
Red dirt and spring storms
Eastern Oklahoma red clay gets everywhere. It stains bare concrete and is hard to scrub out. Spring brings heavy rain and strong storms, and summers are long and humid. A coated floor keeps the clay on the surface so it rinses off.
What we coat
Homes
Garage epoxy, flake, metallic and polyaspartic.
Shops and businesses
Commercial floors for metal buildings, repair shops and storefronts, plus polished concrete.
Fixes
Repairing peeling coatings and sealing driveways and pads.
Lake weekends
With Lake Tenkiller to the north and the Robert S. Kerr Reservoir to the south, plenty of local garages also hold boats and fishing gear. A sealed floor handles the wet trailers and tackle.
Our area
Sallisaw, Muldrow, Vian, Gans and Roland.
Can you coat a metal shop building?
Yes, as long as it has a concrete slab. We often use thicker coatings for equipment.
Will a coating hide red clay stains?
Grinding removes most surface stains. Flake blends hide the rest.
Do you travel to rural properties?
Yes. Just give us directions.
